The Pingel Powerflo valves are designed to provide higher, less restricted fuel flow over the OEM valves.  Use as a replacement fuel valve for the OEM unit or as the perfect compliment to a performance upgrade, such as the FCR-MX carburetor kit.  Very high quality Pingel valves are CNC machined in the USA from the finest grade aluminum and then polished to a lustrous finish.  The Pingel fuel valves provide many years of lasting durability.  See the detailed description form more information.


This Pingel fuel valve is a hex shape with smooth polished finish and brass 90 degree outlet pointing straight down, it is perfect for the DRZ's.  This valve will fit all DR-Z520 and DR-Z400 motorcycles including the S and SM versions.  This fuel valve operates in the ON-RES-OFF positions and is NOT vacuum operated.  It does not retain the OEM vacuum petcock system if your bike is so equipped.  Included in the kit is a small rubber plug to cover the carburetor vacuum port after the vacuum line is removed.
