The 12-496 stator is a direct OEM style replacement for 1980-1981 Yamaha XS650 motorcycles. High quality three phase windings are matched to the original OEM specifications for resistance and output. The stator includes the housing assembly but not the trigger unit. The OEM style connector will plug directly into your original wiring harness with a six blade rectangular style connector. There is also one bullet style connector with yellow wire and a ring terminal red and green wire for direct replacement connections.
