ISR Brakes from Sweden are very high quality and rugged systems designed for top racers who demand the best performance and durability from their brake systems.  Race proven, all ISR brake systems are CNC machined from aerospace quality billet aluminum and then finished with a clear anodized coating for the ultimate in corrosion protection.  The 4 piston CNC machined calipers from ISR have the highest strength to weight ratio of any aftermarket caliper today.  These kits fit all sportbike, supermoto, Harley, SAE Automobile, and custom applications utilizing 70mm radial or 84mm axial spacing, sold each.



The 22-048 series of monobloc calipers were originally designed for lightweight 125/250cc and Formula SAE racing applications.  The calipers are extremely light weight and feature a solid monobloc design that minimizes flex.  The four individual pads allow more edges to bite into the disc resulting in an extremely high friction characteristic.  Each pad has its own machined pocket that allows for pad retention in the event of pad pin failure, a feature designed as a direct result of Swedish Superbike racing involvement.  SAE calipers have the fluid inlet in the piston cap.


The caliper pistons are machined from an aluminum alloy for light weight and are then plated with a very hard Tufram coating designed to minimize wear from long piston life under the most demanding conditions.  The 22-048 monobloc series have the following specifications for motorcycles with 70mm radial or 84mm axial mount bolt centers and 150mm-250mm rotors:

• 25mm x4 pistons

Calipers are sold each and are available in standard or SAE versions.  The SAE calipers have the fluid inlet on the piston cap.  As always please check the dimensions and measure carefully, verify the calipers will fit before purchasing.  The critical dimensions are listed below, please inquire if you are unsure.
