Keyster replacement components offer an economical solution to non-existent OEM parts.  These press fit pilot jets are a direct replacement for the OEM pressed in pilots found on many older Honda models.  They have a slightly shorter head than the standard press fit pilots we offer.

Please Note:  Installing these will require removal of the OEM pressed in jets.  Care must be taken not to snap them off in the carburetor body.


These jets are available in various orifice sizes and measure 21.5 mm in overall length.  The nozzle length below the press seat is 9.5 mm.  The jet head length above the press seat is 7.5 mm.  The nozzle diameter is 3 mm and the jet head diameter is 5 mm.  The press fit seat width is 4.45 mm and 4.55 mm, there are two stepped seats.  Some, but not all, of the applications for this pilot jet include older Honda CBX and Kawasaki models with Keihin carburetors, both on and off road.
