This is a camshaft from a 1973 Yamaha TX750. It'll fit the 1973-1974 TX750's.

The camshaft is in excellent condition. It is not rusted, corroded, or otherwise damaged. The bearing journal surfaces are not scored, burnt, rusted, or damaged but do have some normal wear with 9859 miles on the ticker. The cam lobes are not scored, rusted, grooved, or otherwise damaged. The cam sprocket is in good shape and not damaged.
