This is an external oil feed pipe from a 1984 Honda CB650SC. It'll fit the 1982-1985 CB650SC's.

The oil feed pipe sits behind the head and carries oil to the head from the main galley. The pipes are not bent, twisted, leaking, or otherwise damaged. Includes banjo bolts with sealing washers.
