This Keihin FCR-MX carburetor kit will give you the most out of your 2000-CURRENT year Suzuki DRZ400S/SM/E motorcycle.  Both FCR-MX39 and FCR-MX41 kits are available.  The 39's provide a slightly higher intake velocity and produces more torque and mid-range, they will work well for stock to modified engines.  The 41's will flow better at higher RPM's and thus produce a little more HP at the sacrifice of some torque down low, they will work well with over-bored or highly modified engines.

This Keihin FCR-MX carburetor is equipped with a throttle position sensor, hot-start, and air cut-off circuits.  The hot-start allows fresh air to rush in for hot starting or flooded situations.  The air cut-off circuit briefly enrichens the fuel mixture on deceleration to help prevent backfiring and popping.  The carburetor delivers exceptional throttle response with superb horsepower levels.  This kit can really extended the capabilities of your DRZ400 and can increase horsepower by as much as 20% with the proper modifications.  Even with a completely stock motorcycle this kit will really unleash the hidden performance of your DRZ400.

The kit comes pre-jetted for immediate installation.  Please do not forget to specify your engine modifications and riding conditions during checkout.  Tuning and performance specs have been developed over the years to suit a wide variety of conditions, however some fine tuning may be required to attain the desired combination of performance, fuel mileage, and drivability.  Extra main jets are included for fine tuning and additional genuine Keihin parts and accessories are always available at low prices.  This kit will work with the OEM throttle cables and replacement cables are also available.  Alternatively these kits can be built to your own jetting specifications. Throttle Cable Note:  This FCR-MX carburetor kit will work with the OEM cables, there is no need to purchase extra cables.  However, some feel that the cables are fairly tight and the end fittings are not bent properly.  We now offer custom cables specifically for this application with different cable ends and lengths.  Please select this option above.

Additional genuine Keihin parts and accessories are always available at low prices.  We also carry the Factory R&D air/fuel screw extension, the R&D Racing flex-jet remote fuel screw, the R&D racing power pump, and the R&D racing power bowl.  In addition, the Tokyomods fuel screw, billet hot start nut, billet drain plug, and a lower tension throttle spring are also available to accessorize this carburetor to your preference.

It has come to our attention that some "other" retailers are selling these kits incomplete. They don't include all the necessary items for a successful installation and that forces you to buy more items, possibly at a higher cost.
