Keyster carburetor kits contain everything needed to rebuild a single carburetor.  Typically included are the float bowl gaskets, jet needles and clips, float valve assemblies, main jets, slow jets, air/fuel screws with spring, carb top gasket/packing.  See description below and actual image for specific kit contents.  Available for most older vintage models Keyster kits are made in Japan.


The Keyster KH-0464NA kit fits 1979-1982 Honda XL500, XL500S, and XL500R motorcycles and include the following components:

• Float bowl gasket
• D313 slide needle and e-clip
• Needle jet set
• Float needle, alcohol resistant
  
• Main jet, #155
• Slow jet, #55
• Air screw with spring
• Carb top packing, or slide chamber gasket
• Additional gaskets, washers, and "O" rings as shown

PLEASE NOTE:  1982 model years have a different jet needle taper and a #135 main jet.  The contents of this kit will work in 1982 models with the particular jet needle/main jet combination.  However if you wish to reuse the OEM jet needle please contact us and we can substitute a #135 main jet to use along with the stock jet needle.
