Spigot mount carburetors will have a round spigot cast into the body and slides into a rubber carburetor holder on the cylinder head.  Flange mount carburetors have a flange cast into the carburetor body and actually bolt directly to the cylinder head or manifold, they seal with an o-ring.  Baffle plates are thin metal plates in the float bowls that prevent fuel from sloshing around.  Please select your gaskets accordingly.
