The Mikuni genuine metal tip needle valve assemblies are the best replacement parts for your leaking carburetor.  The VM34/39 metal tip needle valve assemblies fit the VM32-VM34 flange mount and spigot mount carburetors.  The set includes a metal tip needle, screw in type needle valve seat, and sealing washer.  Available in various sizes #3.0 or #3.3 in order to match up to the fuel flow characteristics of your engine.
