This high quality intake manifold for Norton 750/850 Commando's allows fitment of either the MK II Amal's or Mikuni VM carburetors.  The manifold is a two into one manifold allowing the use if a single carburetor on your twin cylinder engine.  Manifold is supplied with gaskets and mounting bolts to fit the original Norton heads.

The advantage of this is simplified installation, tuning, and maintenance.  Since only one cylinder is on the intake stroke at any given time, only one cylinder will ever be drawing through the carburetor.  This setup does not produce any noticeable loss of power.  With only one carburetor there is no synchronization needed and maintenance is easy. 

There are two versions of manifolds, one for 30-34mm carburetors and one for the 36-38mm carburetors.  The bolt pattern on the intake manifold rubber adapter is 60mm (2.36") center to center for the 30-34mm carburetor manifold and is 70mm (2.75") for the 36-38mm carburetor version.  The manifold bolts directly to the Norton heads and cylinder head mounting bolt spacing is 51mm (2") center to center for both cylinders.  Rubber carburetor holders are available separately.  Select your option now before checking out.
