The Pingel adapter nuts are for use in adapting petcock fuel valves to some older Japanese motorcycles.  The A2000C adapter nut threads onto the male bung of the tank and allows the fuel valve to thread into the adapter nut.  The adapter nut fits to 20mm fuel tank bungs and fits any 1/4" NPT fuel petcock valve.
