The Mikuni TM series flat slide carburetors provide a significant improvement over OEM round slide and CV type carburetors and even other aftermarket carburetors.  The flat slide and venturi designs allow smoother airflow and higher velocities thereby increasing the pressure differential at the needle jet.  This efficient design allows better atomization which enhances throttle response and power output.  

The Mikuni TM33 pumper carburetor kits from the Power-Barn are easy bolt-on horsepower for ALL 1990-1999 Suzuki DR350's and are the most complete kits available, even instructions are included.  These carburetor kits are suited for mild to modified motors and come pre-jetted for immediate bolt-on installation.  The kits are designed to operate utilizing the OEM stock rubber carburetor holder/manifold and the stock airbox.  If your intake holders/manifolds are rotted, cracked, or otherwise damaged then we can also provide a new intake holder/manifold kit complete with adapter, rubber holder, gasket, and hardware.  In addition there are airbox elimination options to include a pod style air filter for even more horsepower.   And since the fuel mixture screw is impossible to reach we've added a Power-Barn exclusive, a custom remote fuel screw adjuster.  This allows easy adjustments while the engine is running, particularly useful for those altitude rides where frequent adjustemnts are needed.

This kit is suited for mild to modified motors and will come pre-jetted for immediate bolt on installation.  The TM33 kit provides exceptional torque down low and continues pulling strong all the way to redline.  They offer a considerable improvement over the original stock carb and will endure many years of harsh conditions.  The TM33's from the Power-Barn have been carefully tested and developed to be equipped with the optimum jetting settings upon delivery, however some fine tuning may be required to attain the desired combination of performance, fuel mileage, and drivability based upon your particular environment settings.  Please don't forget to specify your motorcycle modifications and riding environmental conditions (temperatures and altitudes) in the comments section during checkout.  Alternatively, kits can be built utilizing your own jetting specifications.  Additional genuine Mikuni jetting parts and accessories are always available at low prices.

Additional air filter options are available, select your option now before adding to your cart.  If you want to keep the stock airbox then you can select either a K&N SU-3590 high performance air filter or a UNI NU-2468ST high flow air filter.  The K&N filter will be more suitable for street and offer slightly higher flow whereas the UNI filter is recommended for off-road or dusty applications.

Do you want even more horsepower?  Then select one of the pod style options, either a K&N or UNI pod style filter will deliver extra horsepower.  Your kit will automatically be calibrated properly to utilize the extra airflow and provide more horsepower. Better yet consider one of our TM36 or TM40 carburetor kits for DR350.

They don't include all the necessary items for a successful installation and that forces you to buy more items, possibly at a higher cost.
